It has been a very tough time for kashmiris for the last 3 weeks due to undaunitng force and brutality been unleashed by the indian security forces.Scores have been killed and hundreds injured over the last few days.many things became clear during the present crisis.

1)India does’nt see kashmiris as its own.Compare with the security foirce’s response in jammu where people were violent damaging the public property but not a single bullet was fired.ON the contrary kashmiris were welcome with shower of bullets of the security forces killing and wounding many.India allowed the economic blockade of 10 million people of kashmir and still continues to say that kashmir is our integral part.

2)World has been surprisingly silent over the issue.Compare with the things in georgia where Mr.Bush proactively diffused the war.Reason..georgia is a christian country.

3)Many human values were thrown to piecesThe most gruesome and shameful act was the attack on doctors inside one of the srinagar hospitals with the reported targetted use of teargas shells and bullets…shame! Is this the face of largest democracy on the face of earth which claims to be a product of non-violence?And again world watched on without uttering a word.

4)United nations chose to remain silent..Millions marched to the united nations office in srinagar.Did UNO issue any formal statement about the memoranda been received?The answer is no.I am asking what is the hukanity upto.Are they all united for cruelty and barbarism?I think the answer is yes.

There might be many more observations by people but the final talk is that humanity is suffering in kashmir.Drugs are missing from the markets.Babies are starving for want of baby feed.Patients are dying in homes as army and paramilitary doesnt allow any movement.

Taking the above points is it not proper for india to dispose off kashmir?

It is very hard to get the real facts in current times as the truth has been masked with great impunity by the “new world order”(to know more about “new world order” search “Shadows in motion” and “Order of death” in www.video.google.com) .But there are people who despite all the opposition to conceal the truth dare to speak it.I found one in The Washington Times Weekly Review. He is Edwin P. Heideman, a college physics teacher with graduate studies at Princeton University.

Here’s what Mr. Heideman is sending out to the media to set the real scientific record straight:

There are weather variations, climactic oscillations, and spikes in temperature caused by the Earth’s natural geologic processes, but there is no proof to support the theory of “global warming” beyond one’s limited observations, imperfect weather records, and inadequate computer simulations. The facts are irrefutable.

1. Sea floor core drillings have provided evidence of past glacial and interglacial periods in the Earth’s (5 billion year) history. Current indications suggest that the Earth is in a warming interglacial period.
2. Most scientists agree that climatic changes and ice ages likely resulted from variations of incoming solar radiation due to the Earth’s eccentricity of orbit, precession, variations in axis (tilt) and the difference between true and magnetic north.
3. Hundreds of active volcanic eruptions annually spew tons of debris, ash, particulates and suffocating clouds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, causing the serious loss of life and vegetation.
4. Everyday, the Earth is bombarded by the Sun’s cosmic rays, ions and particles, which are known to effect communications, and local atmospheric conditions.
5. Global scientists have linked an El Nino or a La Nina to weather and climate conditions.
6. Centuries of geomagnetic field reversals (anomalies) have been recorded in the Earth’s crust. Scientists are now seriously investigating a fluctuation reoccurrence.
7. Wildfires of natural and questionable origin have added tremendous quantities of fine particles, carbon dioxide and other gases to the world’s atmosphere.
8. Massive quantities of methane gas are steadily added to our global air from swamps, marshes and the flatulence of enormous herds of domestic and wild animals.

Climatology is not an exact science, and it is presumptuous of some political elitists, biased conservationists and watchdog organizations to say that greenhouse gases are all man’s fault. How does one differentiate between man’s contribution to alleged global warming and the Earth’s natural phenomena?

How does one calculate the amount of carbon dioxide converted to oxygen by the planet’s vegetation?

Currently, there are several responsible, reputable and scholarly federally funded research institutions (ex: The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory) scientifically investigating the concept of global warming.

A far more serious threat endangering planet Earth, humanity and all life forms are the pollutants, poisons and contaminants man adds day after day to our ground water, lakes, waterways and oceans, which is effecting the world’s drinking water, foliage and food chain.

The evidence is overwhelming and undeniable.

Pesticides, cleaning fluids, detergents, phosphorous, lead, mercury and PCBs (polychlorinatedbiphenals) are just a few of the chemicals effecting groundwater globally.

A ship’s bilge, storm drains and sewers continually carry waste materials from raw sewage to petroleum products into our waterways and oceans.

All kinds of compounds, synthetic products and poisons are regularly dumped into landfill areas, washed by rain into the ground and carried to all waterways.

It is commonplace to see litter along roadsides, trash dumped on private and public land areas, around reservoirs, in national parks and on nature preserves.

Plastics (fish nets, Styrofoam and Mylar balloons) thrown into rivers and oceans never deteriorate, disintegrate or decompose and are frequently found in the stomach of sea creatures.

Necropsies on fish, octopi, beached whales and dolphins have shown increased levels of heavy metals, toxins and pollutants. Marine scientists have confirmed that many of the world’s coral reefs, which provide a habitat and protection for many varieties of sea life, are dying.

Currently, in many third world countries, substandard water breeds mosquitoes triggering pestilence, disease and death.

Local, state and national leaders, legislators and lawyers have abrogated their responsibility to protect our groundwater, rivers and oceans in fear of their political careers, lobbyist pressure, and losing contributions from big business.

Animal mutation, defects and deformities are a good indication of the destruction of the world’s water resources and serious abuses by humankind. Governments need to impose hefty fines, imprisonment or both on individuals or companies responsible for the improper disposal of toxic wastes.

Obviously, it is beneficial to improve the nation’s air quality for the health and well-being of people, wildlife and vegetation. But if the human race doesn’t stop contaminating the Earth’s water at such an accelerating rate, there will surely be, within our lifetime, an international global catastrophe that will annihilate all life, foliage and the planet.

Ever heard of kashmir’s Israel?I am sure not.Well this term could soon be the topic of “VAN PENJE”(shop pavements notorious for people sitting around and discussing everything from bread and butter to international politics) discussion.A visit to the srinagar airport campus by a keenful eye could answer this term.
Once I paid a visit to city airport and what I saw was historical nostalgia of Israel’s occupation plan of Palestine.Just before the entry into the airport, skyrocket the numerous newly built housing quarters “beseiged” by multiple tyres of paramilitary security cover.At the first sight it seems as if they were police colonies.But on close inspection things start revealing themselves.
In a nearby market within the same security area I happen to meet a shopkeeper talking in a dialect i have never listened to in my life.Behind the shopkeeper’s seat i could see the photograph of hindu gods.As soon as I saw this things became crystal clear for me. I didn’t stop here and i braved myself up to ask a traffic police personnel drowned in a sea of indian army personnel posted in the area about the market and the housing quarters.His answer didn’t come as a surprise to me as I had already figured out what “laid beneath”.Indian government has started to “settle” the kashmiri pandits(hindus) in kashmir on the same lines as Churchhill,then prime minister of Great Britain did 60 years ago to settle the jews in Palestine.
This settlement plan has been followed by many imperial powers against the weak nations with impunity.One need not go far in history as the contemporary times are enough witness to this fact.Be it the case of China settling HUN race in the muslim dominated Xinjhiang province or be it the Russians settling their own people in Chechnya.This settlement policy usually follows a certain course and is seldom ,if ever,brought as a drastic move on part of the occupation forces.I would like to draw a crude sketch of this settlement course which the occupying nations follow:
1.Making the occupied people think “friendly” towards the settlers.This is the most lethal weapon of the modern times as media has been used for this with a great zeal and this has borne great fruits to the occupiers.
2.Selecting a small part of the land fully reinforced with massive security cover to thwart any attempt to terrifying the settlers that could make the settlers to leave.
3.Training and providing the settlers with sophisticated weapons and cutting out a well trained army of the settler population.
4.Expanding the settler terrority slowly and finally carving out a “state within a state”.
It is hidden to no one that kashmiri pandits had left the valley on behest of then governor Jagmohan in order that he could complete the genocide of kashmiri muslims and later bring back the pandits to valley.Though his plans didn’t succeed immediately but his mind is bearing fruit in the form of this settler quarters in airport campus.I would not be surprised if the sounds of the house bulldozers ripples across the landscape of the valley destroying one kashmiri muslim home after other.I would not be surprised also if I see a pandit nation nuclear capable ruling this valley and doing to the muslims of the valley same savage things as Israel does to palestine.
If kashmiri hindus want to return to their homeland then they are most welcome but they should live in our neighborhoods and not isolate themselves in KASHMIR’S ISRAEL.

Snow has enveloped the valley like a blanket and for me it is a delight for I had not seen such a face of snow over the last many years due to myself being out of kashmir.But things could turn very ugly for the poor people who dont store food items like others.Now the people of the valley have started on a food stuff buying spree in anticipation of the closure of the jammu srinagar highway which easily gets out of bounds by just a pint of rain,not to talk of snow.
Meanwhile government has declared all the institutions and schools closed for another two days.The employees of the power department are on strike and this could mean many nights under the light of oil.
Worst of all this almost 1 foot snow will now turn valley into a sort of lake within a day or two thanks to the poor drainage system of valley’s lanes and roads.Many children have seen the snow for the first time this year and it was a treat for them as they didn’t miss this opportunity to hang out in snow throwing snow balls at each other .Meanwhile the vehicular traffic has been almost shut down because of sleepy snow bulldozers which number only a few for srinagar.Anyway i have recorded a video of the aftermath of this snow fall that is here for you to view.Click the centre ‘play’ button and the video will play in this window only.

Aftermath of march 12 snowfall!!white blanket!

At last people of the lower reaches of valley got some respite with a centimeter or two of snow,although it wont last for long and it has started melting and turning the ill structured lanes(read roads) of this valley into ponds of infinite variety.This year the absence of snow in “CHILAY KALAN” got many people introspecting as to what had happened and why almighty did’nt send any snow this year.

Sitting on the pavement of a shop in zainakadal of old city which is famous for its rumour mongers two men discussed the absence of snow.

A.I think we kashmiris have crossed all the limits now and that is why Almighty did’nt send any snow this year as a means of punishment for us.

B.What about the americans then.they have crossed the limits way back and why they are so much prosperous?

This question had’nt even ended that Mr.A who being well informed of the world events shot back with the typical vengeance of srinagarite

A.You know New York has been buried under 10 meters of snow and that is the punishment from Almighty.

Mr B in the typical egoist srinagrite attitude lashed back..

B.Where from do u get this news.I never heard this and this cant be true.Snow does’nt fall in America as it is modern..lol(laugh aloud!)

MrA then realising the lack of insight on the part of Mr.B then swiftly said”Assalamulaikaum” and departed with a loud “huh”.

Anyway the snow is here and may be in the words of MrA we kashmiris have repented…who knows.

Besides this conversation of MrA and MrB this winter(read drynter) mosques were full of discussions about the lack of snow.People cited many reasons a few of which are:-

1.Kashmiris have lost touch with islam and they are following the footsteps of the west.

Girls leave their homes in improper dresses that is contrary to islamic dress codes.

We kashmiris are dealing with interest and this is the only reason for the lack of snow.

We are liars and betray each other.

We kashmiris dont pray regularily.

We kashmiris have foresaken(neglected) the orphans that are an outcome of the last 17 years of blood letting in kashmir.

We kashmiris dont marry girls unless huge money is extracted.

and so on…

It is for the reader to decide about these much pointed out factors or to put it away as a normal or abnormal geological and meteorological phenomenon.

Abu Hurairah narrated that a man said to the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), “Advise me!” The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “Do not become angry and furious.” The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, “Do not become angry and furious.” (Bukhari)

The Hadith emphasizes that one should avoid getting angry because it may lead one to take disastrous steps in life for which he may be shameful afterwards.

Ibn Teen stated that this particular Hadith has gathered in itself all the excellence of this life and the hereafter. The reason being, that when a person gets angry, he is stripped from the quality of softness which may cause the rift of relationships. Such will cause him to harm others which can be the reason for his destruction in this world and the hereafter.

Such is also reflected in the Hadith of the Prophet narrated by Abu Bakra in which Abu Bakra wrote to his son who was in Sijistan: “Do not judge between two persons when you are angry, for I heard the Prophet saying, ‘A judge should not judge between two persons while he is in an angry mood.’ “(Bukhari)

But if one remains patient and avoids such rage that will be reason for his success in both this world and the hereafter. ‘Allama Khattabi said that one should avoid those matters which might be the core cause of his anger because anger is without a doubt a natural phenomenon. One of the main sources of anger is arrogance.

With all this mentioned, it must also be mentioned that at times, it is not only permissible to get angry but is rather obligatory. Abu Saeed Al Khudri narrated that the Prophet was shyer than a virgin in her separate room. And if he saw a thing which he disliked, we would recognize that (feeling) in his face. (Bukhari)

The example being the occasions when the commands of Allah are being neglected and people prefer to follow the foot steps of Shaitaan. For example, Aisha (Wife of the Prophet) bought a cushion having pictures on it. When Allah’s Apostle saw it, he stopped at the gate and did not enter. She noticed the signs of hatred (for that) on his face! She said: “O Allah’s Apostle! I turn to Allah and His Apostle in repentance! What sin have I committed?” He said, ‘What about this cushion?’ I said, “I bought it for you to sit on and recline on.” Allah’s Apostle said, ‘The makers of these pictures will be punished (severely) on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to them, ‘Make alive what you have created.’ “He added, ‘Angels do not enter a house in which there are pictures.‘” (Bukhari). On another occasion, Prophet got angry because of the attitude of the companions towards his judgment. The Prophet divided and distributed something as he used to do for some of his distributions. A man from the Ansar said, “By Allah, in this division the pleasure of Allah has not been intended.” I (The narrator) said, “I will definitely tell this to the Prophet.” So I went to him while he was sitting with his companions and told him of it secretly. That was hard upon the Prophet and the color of his face changed, and he became so angry that I wished I had not told him. The Prophet then said, “Moses was harmed with more than this, yet he remained patient.” (Bukhari)

Therefore, we ask Allah assistance in every matter and this will help us in getting closer to him.

Wa Salla Allahu ‘Ala Nabina Muhammad wa ‘al Alihi wa Sahbihi Ajmaeen

The Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) said:

((One who is shy will never gain knowledge, nor one who is proud)).

[What is implied here, is one who is shy of asking questions, wAllaahu A'lam!]
